Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Create awareness among different technologies such as Keyword Spotting, Speech-to-Text, Natural Language Understanding, and Edge Computing to help buyers choose the right product for their needs
• Explain complex voice AI technology and challenges in plain English
• Author and edit documentation, blog posts, tutorials, and FAQs
• Contribute to or lead content roadmap to enhance our processes

Requirements

• Adopt fast, learn on the fly and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Experience or interest in voice AI technologies
• Ability to document SDKs, APIs, and applications
• Experience with programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C, etc.)

Preferred

• Prior startup or voice AI experience
• Prior technical writing experience
• Experience with video editing tools or social media
